Arrived in Rio de Janeiro
5am local time. Left Sao Paulo at midnight and arrived at 5am. Taxi or bus? Again the choice was clear 🙂 Just settled at Stone of a Beach hostel. Now going to check out the beach.

Map and other This is a Google Map of the trip. It gives an optimistic scenario for our trip, in which Thomas and I will bicycle from Fortaleza to Salvador. A more realistic version would be Fortaleza to Recife. But hey… “don’t dream small” 🙂

So i’ve been consumed with my life in the past few weeks that i wasn’t able to update this blog. The dates for the Brazil trip are shaping up nicely. Tentative:August 14th – September 4th. Although the trip might be shorter than I initially wanted it to be, it will be a good 2.5 weeks…
